1. Cleveland Cavaliers: Joel Embiid – Kansas, Freshman.
Embiid has the most upside of anyone in the draft. He is a long athletic 7 footer and has a chance to be one of the best centers in the NBA if he continues to develop. Big guys with his size and athleticism don’t come around too much and pairing him up with Kyrie Irving should be a lethal combo. His back issue is still a concern, but if everything is clear after physicals the Cavs should take Embiid with the number one pick.
