In respect when playing the game of basketball, when you have a rather large lead at the end of the game, the winning team holds the ball until time expires– instead of running the score up.

The Portland Pilots had a 14-point lead over the Portland State Vikings as the Pilots were holding the ball until time ran out. That’s when a player from the Vikings went to give the opposing player with the ball a high-five with seconds left. However, it was a phony high-five. The player then stole the ball and scored.

The Viking lost the game 83-71.
