Richard Jefferson is 34 years old and in his 14th season as an NBA player. But don’t think that he doesn’t have hops anymore.

The small forward was on a breakaway with teammate Devin Harris where the sky would be the limit. After receiving a behind-the-back pass, Jefferson soared through the air and elevated over the Hornets’ Michael Kidd-Gilchrist.

As the crowd erupted and Jefferson was juiced, shouting “Let’s go,” a ref blew the whistle and called Jefferson for an offensive foul.

The stink of it? It wasn’t a foul.

Jefferson had a double-double and scored 10 points as the Mavericks beat the Hornets 92-81.
