Ronda Rousey is the most popular MMA and UFC women’s fighter, but now she is also the most dominant.
Rousey (11-0 MMA, 5-0 UFC) submitted Cat Zingano (9-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) with an armbar for the ages.
So what was so special about the UFC 184’s pay-per-view headliner on Saturday night (March 28) at the Staples Center in Los Angeles? It only lasted 14 seconds.
The 14 seconds was a UFC record for the quickest stoppage in a title fight, as well as the quickest submission in any type of UFC fight. The contest also beat Rousey’s previous record– a fight which was a 16-second TKO win over Alexis Davis.
Who Rousey will fight next – if anyone is up for the challenge – is still uncertain.
Would you mess with her?
