Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps was arrested and charged with a DUI Tuesday morning (Sept. 30) in Baltimore, MD.

The 18-time gold medalist, and Olympic record holder of 22 medals total, was pulled over for excessive speeding and crossing double lane lines. He was clocked at 84 mph in a 45 mph zone.

This is Phelps’ second DUI charge. In 2004, Phelps was arrested for drunken driving at 19-years-old.
